Take control of your business account - update your profile details, manage social media links, and customize your preferences for a seamless LinqHive experience.

Managing your Linqhive Business Content

Manage your LinqHive Business Profile settings by following the simple steps below.

Note: If you are part of a Team account, you can manage your Business profile settings only when switched to the Business Profile tab.

Change your Company logo and profile image

Inside the Content tab, you will find various options to customize your profile.

You can add a company logo and a profile image.

Enter your company name, name, and job title in the respective fields.

The changes you make will be instantly reflected in the right-side preview.

Change your Bio and Contact Button

Under the Profile Image section, you can edit your personal details such as your first name, last name, and contact information - including email, mobile number, country, state, city, ZIP code, and address.

Manage Your Social Media Links

You can add multiple social media links to the profile along with their URLs. If you want to delete any, you can do that as well. The added media and links will be visible in the preview on the right side.

Manage Your Contact and Social Connectivity

Email and Contact Number: Provide all necessary contact information. You can assign a Label (e.g., Support, Customer Service) to each entry and use the + Add buttons to include multiple emails or phone numbers.

Website and Address: Input your official Website link and your full physical Address details (street, city, state, ZIP code).

Manage Your Links and Attachments

Use this area to share supplementary resources and documents with your audience.

Custom Links: Add external URLs by providing a brief Link Description (e.g., "Visit Our Blog") and pasting the corresponding URL. You can control visibility using the toggle and add multiple links with + Add Link.

Attachments: Share downloadable documents:

Click Attach Files to upload documents (e.g., resume, portfolio).
Provide a short Description to inform the visitor about the file's content.

Manage Your Media Showcase

Present engaging visual content to enhance your profile.

Photo Gallery: Use the Attach Photos function to upload multiple images, creating a dedicated gallery section on your profile.

Embedded Video: You have two options for video content:

URL: Paste the link to a video hosted on an external site (e.g., YouTube) into the Video URL field.
Upload: Use the Attach Videos button to upload video files directly from your device.
