Linqhive Profile Management: Publishing and Sharing

This guide details the process of publishing your profile, the resulting link generation, and the tools available for sharing your Linqhive URL with your audience.

Note: To generate your public link or share your profile, you must first publish all recent changes. This ensures the link directs to the most current version of your profile.

Publishing Your Profile

The profile becomes publicly accessible only after it has been explicitly published.

Action: To finalize and make your profile live, click the prominent "Publish" button located in the top-right corner of the interface.

Effect: Upon successful publishing, all configured content, theme settings, and layout choices become active and visible via your unique Linqhive URL.

Link Generation and Status

Once published, your unique profile link is generated and displayed for immediate use.

Live Status Confirmation: A notification bar confirms the profile's status: "Your Linqhive link is live now".

Display URL: The unique, active link is visible next to the live status (e.g., https://linqhive.com/moileylajskr).

Editing the URL: You have the ability to customize your profile's slug:

Click the "Edit" button next to the live link to modify the latter part of the URL (e.g., /moileylajskr). This allows for a more personalized or branded link.

Copy Function: The "Copy" button adjacent to the URL allows for quick duplication of the link for easy sharing in emails, social media, or other communication channels.

Sharing and Promotion

A vertical toolbar appears on the right side of the screen (hanging from the corner) after publishing, providing essential tools for sharing and promoting your new profile.

Copy Link: Duplicates your active profile URL to your clipboard.

Open Link: Opens your live profile in a new browser tab, allowing you to view it exactly as your audience sees it.

QR Code Generation:

Access the QR Code feature via the dedicated icon.
This tool generates a unique scannable image for your profile.
Function: When this QR code is scanned by any mobile device, the device will automatically open your Linqhive profile link. This is ideal for print materials, presentations, or physical displays.
